Established in 2007, H&H started as a grading, general landscaping, and irrigation contractor. Sole owner, Eric Hagen has built valued relationships throughout the industry from the beginning with customers and employees by continuing to operate under our motto “Built on Integrity and Trust”. We pride ourselves on our core values and principles which have manifested into what our company culture is today. Built on Integrity and Trust means our team strives to do the right things for the right reasons, especially when no one is looking. During the harsh Minnesota winters we operate a diverse commercial snow and ice management division, servicing accounts across the metro including medical, retail, and industrial sites. Our snow and ice management division allows us to provide year-round work for our employees. All in all, our team is second to none and equipped with the right tools and positive attitudes to welcome even the most complex projects that come our way.
